The Hospital's Information Technology group will be sending a web survey to your practice to gather information about Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) currently in use in the community.
If you have an EMR, Information Technology would like to know how you use it and if you and your office are interested in exchanging information with the Hospital to streamline processes through the elimination of paper and to increase patient safety.
If you do not have an EMR, Information Technology will ask if you are planning on adopting this technology and whether a hospital sponsored an EMR would influence your adoption. Please alert your office staff to this survey.
